Actor Keller Fornes Dead At 32

Actor Keller Fornes, best known for his role as Griffin on the Great American Family series Country Rescue, has died at the age of 32, according to a post shared by the cable television network on its Instagram account.

"We at Great American Media are deeply saddened by the passing of Keller Fornes. He was a special person and talent as an actor, writer, and director as well as a singer and musician. His energy and enthusiasm lifted all he worked with here at Great American Media and the cast and crew of County Rescue. Our prayers are with his family and all those he touched," the post stated.

Fornes' agent, Linda McAlister, also confirmed his passing to USA TODAY on Tuesday (January 7). A cause of death was not publicly revealed as of Wednesday (January 8) morning.

Forness was reported to have died in his home state of Texas on December 19, according to an obituary shared on the Lacy Funeral Home's website. No additional details on his condition prior to his death were mentioned in the obituary.

Fornes was credited for roles in the television series Found, Genius and The Walking Dead, as well as the films Somnium, Origin and Beast Beast. The actor also worked as a director and screenwriter, having been credited for the short films Luminary, Insane and Has Been.
